OUR PROGRAMS

 

Making a brigther future, one child at a time!



Francis Education Center offers 4 different programs. As you will see more in detail below, there are 4 different classes for 3 different age groups. We want to make sure that your child is provided with the proper setting and education that is suited for your child's age. Having 4 classes, one for each age group, allows your child to learn among other students who are the same age as well as allow the teacher to make lesson plans more specific and geared toward your child's age.

Universal Pre K Full Day (4 Year Olds)
 

​Through the Department of Education, we offer a Universal Pre K class for 4 year olds. Our UPK class is taught by a NY State certified teacher along with an experienced assistant. All lessons are based on Department of Education Common Core curriculum. UPK is FREE of charge! Must register through the Department of Education to apply.

Nursery (3 Year Olds)
 

 

Our Nursery class is consisted of children who are 3 years old. The class is taught by a NY State certified teacher along with an experienced assistant. The day is consisted of center based play, circle time, lesson plan activities and nap time.

Nursery 2 (2.5 - 3 Year Olds)
 

 

Our Nursery 2 class is consisted of children who are between the ages of 2.5 and 3 years old. This class helps bring our students, who are advanced for 2 year olds as well as our 3 year olds who may need more individual help, in to a setting where they can continue to learn and grow with other students on the same level.

Toddler (2 Year Olds)
 

​The Toddler class is consisted of children who are 2 years old. The class is taught by a very experienced teacher and overseen by the Director, who is both certified and has a Master in Early Childhood Education. The day is consisted of circle time, center based play, lesson plan activities and nap time.
